Unanimous again: D-I men’s poll has Boston College on top

Boston College received all 50 first-place votes in the final regular-season USCHO.com Division I Men’s Poll of the year.

Michigan jumps one to No. 2, Union is up three to sit third, North Dakota jumps eight to No. 4 and Minnesota-Duluth drops three places to No. 5 this week.

Minnesota falls two to No. 6, Miami remains seventh, Boston University drops three to No. 8, Ferris State is down one to No. 9 and Denver falls one place to sit tenth in this week’s rankings.

Maine holds steady at No. 11, Western Michigan rises two to No. 12, Massachusetts-Lowell drops three to sit 13th, Cornell falls a notch to No. 14 and Michigan State jumps one to No. 15.

At No. 16, Air Force is up one, Merrimack drops two to No. 17, Harvard and Notre Dame flip-flop, with Harvard sitting 18th, and previously-unranked Northern Michigan comes in at No. 20 this week.

Nine other schools received votes.

The USCHO.com Division I Men’s Poll consists of 50 voters, including 28 coaches from the Division I conferences and 22 beat writers and sports professionals from across the country.
