The Los Angeles Kings announced Thursday that the team has signed St. Cloud State junior forward Mikey Eyssimont to a two-year, entry-level contract.
Eyssimont appeared in 39 games this past season with the Huskies, posting 39 points (17 goals, 22 assists), a plus-12 rating and 30 penalty minutes.
Drafted in the fifth-round (142nd overall) by the Kings in the 2016 NHL Draft, Eyssimont led all Huskies in goals, ranked tied for second in points and tied for third in assists this past season.
He finishes with 101 points (45 goals, 56 assists) in 115 career games over three seasons with St. Cloud State.
