Wisconsin-Eau Claire won its first game of the season with a 4-2 decision over Milwaukee School of Engineering Saturday night.
The Blugolds’ Adam Sklader and Jamie Minor each scored twice and assisted on another goal as Eau Claire built a 4-0 lead after two periods at The Ponds of Brookfield.
Three of Eau Claire’s goals came on power plays.
