ASHWAUBENON, Wis. — Chris Leone broke a tie with 2:17 remaining as No. 2 Adrian defeated No. 1 St. Norbert 5-4 on Friday.

Tyler Parks made 27 saves for the Bulldogs (15-1-1, 11-1-1 NCHA), who also got goals from Trevor Boyd, Brett Pinkerton, Bryan Yim and Jeremy Olinyk.

Tony Kujava made 24 saves for the Green Knights (13-2-1, 9-2).

Erik Cooper scored for St. Norbert with 4:22 remaining to tie the game 4-4, but Leone’s late goal made the difference.
