Five unanswered goals over the second and third periods lifted the Big Red to an easy third consecutive win in their first ECAC action since Nov. 18. Thirteen different Cornell players recorded points, including Anthony Angello (two goals) and Brenden Locke (three assists).

Goaltender Hayden Stewart made 13 of his 21 saves in the third period in addition to adding a secondary assist on Cam Donaldson’s first goal of the season, which was one of four Cornell scored in the second period.

Ryan Ferland and Ben Halford split goaltending duties for the Tigers, with Ferland making 19 saves as the starter. A power-play goal from David Hallisey at the 5:29 mark of the second brought Princeton within 2-1, but Cornell extended its lead to 5-1 with goals by Alex Rauter, Donaldson, and Angello in a span of 2:24.
