POTSDAM, N.Y. – A late power play goal by Matt Baker (two goals) with 13:13 remaining allowed Dartmouth to pull off maybe the upset of the season in the ECAC as the Big Green took down No. 2 Clarkson.

Kevan Kilistoff gave Dartmouth a 1-0 lead just 3:38 in, but Nico Sturm tied the game at one at 11:21. Matt Baker’s first of the game just 52 seconds into the second period reclaimed the lead for Dartmouth at 2-1, but Haralds Egle responded for Clarkson at 18:19, sending the game to the third period tied at two.

Baker’s power play goal 6:47 into the third period reclaimed the lead for Dartmouth at 3-2. Clarkson pulled Jake Kielly (19 saves) from the net for an extra attacker with 1:30 to play, but were unable to net the tying goal. Adrian Clark made 24 saves for Dartmouth and the Big Green hung on for the 3-2 victory.
