DULUTH, Minn. — Hunter Shepard made 26 saves and five different Bulldogs scored as host Minnesota-Duluth overpowered Western Michigan to win their quarterfinal series opener at AMSOIL Arena.
Broncos starter Austin Cain (eight) and Ben Blacker combined for 19 saves.
