Canisius remains in the fifth position in the standings, dropping its record to 10-10-3 overall (8-8-3).<\/p>\n<p>Matthew Shewchuk scored Canisius&#8217; only goal of the game at the 12:15 mark of the first period.<\/p>\n<p>The Huskies went on to score the next four goals in the victory. Mike Boylan tied the score with just less than two minutes remaining in the first stanza.<\/p>\n<p>The two teams played scoreless in the second period, with the Huskies outshooting the Ice Griffs, 9-0.<\/p>\n<p>Longobardi scored the game-winner at 2:39 mark of the third period.
