Senior forward Emily Quizon of Middlebury was named the AHCA Women’s College Player of the Year by the nation’s coaches.<\/p>\n
The three-time All-American selection had 19 goals and 19 assists this season and in her career of 110 games she has 62 goals and 107 assists.<\/p>\n
She was a First Team All-American this season and last, and a second team selection in 2004. She has twice been chosen as the NESCAC Player of the year twice.<\/p>\n
The runner-up this season was Andrea Peterson of Gustavus Adolphus.<\/p>\n
