In 42 career games for his hometown team, Leivermann had four goals and eight points.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We appreciate and recognize Corey&#8217;s contributions to Maverick hockey during the past two-and-a-half years,&#8221; Minnesota State coach Mike Hastings said in a statement. &#8220;We wish him the best as he moves forward in his future endeavors.&#8221;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Corey Leivermann has left Minnesota State after two-and-a-half seasons, the school announced Friday night.
