{"id":48756,"date":"2013-02-04T15:58:21","date_gmt":"2013-02-04T21:58:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.uscho.com\/?p=48756"},"modified":"2013-02-04T15:58:21","modified_gmt":"2013-02-04T21:58:21","slug":"d-iii-womens-poll-has-few-changes-plattsburgh-still-top-ranked-team","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wwwproxy.uscho.com\/2013\/02\/04\/d-iii-womens-poll-has-few-changes-plattsburgh-still-top-ranked-team\/","title":{"rendered":"D-III women&#8217;s poll has few changes, Plattsburgh still top-ranked team"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Plattsburgh remains the top-ranked team in the USCHO.com Division III Women&#8217;s Poll this week after tying and beating Utica and then garnering 10 of 15 first-place votes.<\/p>\n<p>Second-ranked Gustavus Adolphus swept Hamline and had the other five first-place votes to stay No. 2.<\/p>\n<p>Elmira is again No. 3 after beating Stevenson on Saturday night and Norwich stays fourth with wins over Southern Maine and Plymouth State.<\/p>\n<p>Wisconsin-River Falls moves up one to No. 5 after sweeping Marian, Middlebury drops one to the sixth spot after a split with Connecticut College and Lake Forest swept Finlandia and rises two spots to No. 7.<\/p>\n<p>Bowdoin lost both games last weekend to Trinity and falls one place to No. 8, while Adrian, who swept Concordia (Wis.), is up one to No. 9.<\/p>\n<p>Wisconsin-Superior falls two spots to No. 10 after splitting with St. Norbert.<\/p>\n<p>The USCHO.com Division III Women&#8217;s Poll is compiled weekly and consists of 15 voters, all coaches of Division III programs.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Plattsburgh remains the top-ranked team in the USCHO.com Division III Women&#8217;s Poll this week after tying and beating Utica and then garnering 10 of 15 first-place votes.
