According to TV6<\/a> in Marquette, Mich., Marquette County prosecuting attorney Matt Wiese has decided to dismiss the charges of residential mortgage fraud and forgery of a document affecting real property pending against former Northern Michigan coach Walt Kyle.<\/p>\n Kyle was fired by NMU last month<\/a> and then arrested on the fraud charges<\/a>.<\/p>\n “Additional evidence has been presented to my office after charges were authorized against Mr. Kyle,” Wiese said in the report. “Prior to reviewing this additional evidence, it appeared that the money was unaccounted for and that Mr. Kyle may have disposed of it for his own personal use.
