In 2016-17, he was the Tigers\u2019 volunteer goaltender coach and was elevated in 2017-18 to director of hockey operations and analytics.<\/p>\n<p>A 2012 graduate of Massachusetts and a native of the Princeton area, Moore was most recently the goalie coach for the New Hampshire Jr. Monarchs organization from 2013 to 2016. He was also a staff member of Goaltending Development Services, which is owned and operated by Pittsburgh Penguins developmental goalie coach Mike Buckley with whom he was co-goalie coach at the University of New Hampshire. He also assisted Dick Umile and the Wildcats in goaltender pre scout and statistical analytics.<\/p>\n<p>A cum laude graduate of UMass with a degree in journalism, Moore is a two-time winner of UMass hockey&#8217;s Minuteman Spirit Award for having exemplified dedication, determination, character and sportsmanship.<\/p>\n<p>Following his collegiate career, Moore played professionally for the ECHL&#8217;s Evansville Icemen (ECHL).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kevin Moore has been hired by the Adrian men&#8217;s team as a new assistant coach.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":120,"featured_media":88103,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":"","_links_to":"","_links_to_target":""},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"coauthors":[901],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.9 -
